How long does it take to set up a folding house?

Setting up a folding house is extremely fast—a core design advantage for the product, with the entire setup time depending on the house’s size and the number of on-site operators, and no professional skills or heavy equipment required at all.

In general, a small folding house (3–10 ㎡, e.g., guard posts, small service stations) can be fully unfolded, locked, and put into use by 2 people in 30 minutes to 1 hour. For a medium-sized model (10–20 ㎡, the most common type for living/office use), 2–3 people can complete the entire setup in 1–3 hours. Even for a larger customized folding house (20–30 ㎡), the setup only takes 3–5 hours with 3–4 ordinary staff, and the whole process only involves simple steps like unfolding the frame, locking the fasteners, and attaching sealing strips—no complex construction work.

The fast setup speed comes from the factory’s full prefabrication: all structural components, functional fittings (lighting, sockets), and sealing parts are pre-assembled in the factory. On-site operation only follows the "unfold → lock → simple inspection" process, eliminating the time-consuming secondary assembly needed for other prefab buildings (modular/container houses). Additionally, the scissor-type telescopic braces and self-locking mechanisms of folding houses stretch and fix synchronously with the frame unfolding, which further shortens the setup time and avoids manual adjustment of multiple supporting parts.

If relocation is needed later, the disassembly/retraction process is equally efficient—essentially the reverse of the setup steps, and takes roughly the same amount of time as the initial setup, realizing quick deployment and quick withdrawal for temporary space needs.
