How to solve the waterproof and anti-corrosion problems of container houses?

Waterproof Solutions
Sealing: Apply high-performance sealant at all joints (wall/ceiling/floor, door/window frames) and stick waterproof sealing strips; weld container steel joints tightly and touch up anti-rust paint.
Roof treatment: Pave waterproof roll materials (S BS/APP) or spray polyurethane waterproof coating; add a sloped roof cover (color steel tile) to guide water flow and avoid ponding.
Floor waterproof: Lay a waterproof membrane under the floor base, and use moisture-proof cement fiberboard/PVC flooring for the surface layer; set drainage holes at the bottom of the container for ground water seepage.
Anti-Corrosion Solutions
Steel structure anti-rust: Derust the original container steel plate thoroughly (sandblasting/grinding), then brush 2-3 layers of anti-rust paint + topcoat; spray anti-corrosion fireproof paint for keels and frames.
Humidity control: Install ventilation fans/air vents to reduce indoor moisture; lay a moisture-proof layer (pearl cotton/foam board) between the container and the ground to isolate ground moisture.
External protection: Paste anti-corrosion aluminum-plastic panels/ceramic tiles on the outer wall; galvanize or spray plastic on exposed steel parts (bolts, brackets) for secondary protection.
